Paramount Home Health Services is a Medicare certified, home health agency, accredited by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) founded by a group of nurses in 2020 under the leadership of Kadel Fradet, RN MSN. Paramount Home Health Services provides a wide spectrum of senior care services designed to keep our patients healthy and independent. Our goal is to lead the way in care management by continuously developing and offering integrated care management solutions to our clients. Paramount Home Health Services offers a variety of services coordinated by experienced Care Managers. Our Care Management services include assessment, planning & supervision of all care arrangements. There is a solution for every family. What matters most is knowing your options and having access to the appropriate levels of knowledge and support.
